HAHA.
Once I get my pics up you'll see how I did it. I did it very easily and cheaply (As in I cheated).
I found a little sword at a Dollar Tree that lit up and made sounds. I simply removed the LEDs and the wires, made a little casing for the batteries out of thick paper, placed the batteries and contacts into the casing, then resoldered the wires to the contacts . The switch is ghetto. I simply cut out the original controller board around the start/select buttons, then placed the LED board into its place. The switch was a little too long so I sanded it down. It just rests under the start button! Press Start and it lights up! As for cutting holes, that's a no brainer... the batteries didn't fit either until I cut a place into the board as well.
Hope that helps!

I never claimed it's sturdy. I'm not selling them, no. Do you think I give a rat's arse if it falls apart 20 years from now? No. I just made it for myself. It works, it fits together nicely. Looks kinda crappy in the back, I'll admit, but who sees that anyhow?
I need to buy some batteries for my digital camera LOL. I'll get them up soon.

Ok, Hey!
I finally got the pics!
Questions? No? Great
well, here they are, both buckles. (BTW, the actual belt just clips onto the loops. They are actually held on using a screw/nut. It's ghetto, but it works.
I had to use an .html file, since FC are pricks.

honestly, I havn't the foggiest clue what that is... I think it's used for hair thingies for women or something. It's not a hinge. I bought it from a local not-so-headshop . I'm friends w/ the owner... he hooked me up w/ a few of 'em for cheap. Like $.10 each... I think I got 4...
But thanks man! . The original plan was just to slide the belt into a coupel of those, but they were too long to fit on the controller vertically...
