For Windows 2000/XP you should try Psxpad drivers. Here?s the url: http://speed.dynu.com/index_e.php

They work great for me with my two PlayStation and PlayStation 2 pads. I haven't tried SNES pad support by myself, but in the webpage says that this driver supports it. By my point of view, this driver is a lot better than DirectPad Pro, but that's only my opinion. Try it and you'll see.
