Customizable Fighting Game
Ok I remember seeing this freeware customizable fighting game that had various downloadable versions depending on the # of built-in fighters you wanted... all non-animated similar to Mortal Kombat... one I think had a guy with a latex glove... but it came with instructions on how to import yourself via photos... anyone have any idea what I'm referring to?

Re: Customizable Fighting Game
I'd recommend MUGEN for a customizable fighting game.
I have it somewhere on my hard drive with several characters and stages.
'Tis fun.

Mugen looks interesting. Anyone have a like to a good site with tutorials?

Re: Customizable Fighting Game
Youtube is the best place for tutorials if you mean the basic steps to set up the game.
For news and creation tutorials here are the best places (mostly in the forums).

http://randomselect.piiym-net.com/
Note that there are different versions of mugen. Generally speaking WinMugen Plus is the best one.
You can use both old "low res" stages and newer "hi res" stages like the ones from Guilty Gear. You just can't use old screenpacks with WinMugen Plus because the select screen is locked in hi res mode.
You can find WinMugen Plus at Random Select, and there is a thread here about it.
