SSBB Friend Codes Thread
Alright, since no one has made one of these yet, I guess I will. If this isn't necessary, then oh well.
Just post your Smash Bros Brawl code here and I'll add it to the list.

Re: SSBB Friend Codes Thread
Sidenote: Last night I was actually able to play a couple of battles online against random people. I got my butt kicked, but it's fun. It'll be great when they actually get the online service running stable.

Yeah, I actually way online playing a few matches last night also (Seems it works better late at night). There was a slight amount of lag that was noticable compared to offline, but still a lot of fun. Nintendo just needs to fix the lag problem and trouble finding players.butters wrote:Sidenote: Last night I was actually able to play a couple of battles online against random people. Re: SSBB Friend Codes Thread
I just rented the game. If its as fun as the N64 version I might keep it. I am not usually a big fan of one on one fighting games but I know I loved the one on N64.
The game just shipped so it will probably be monday or tuesday before I get it. My wii-code is at the bottom of all my posts if thats all you need?

Re: SSBB Friend Codes Thread
If anything like the DS, friend codes are also different for all the online games too. So not only do you have your Wii friend code, but you have specific game friend codes too.
Stupid stupid idea.

Re: SSBB Friend Codes Thread
You don't even need to Wii code, just the Smash Bros friend code.
And yeah, friend codes are dumb. Oh noes, Nintendo has to protect the children from the rapists!

Yeah, the game has it's own friend code like mel said.melancholy wrote:You don't even need to Wii code, just the Smash Bros friend code.

I guess the people I keep beating online are the 'Nintendo-protected' 10 year-old kids who be Kirby and just float into the air and use B+down on me (The rock move; or whatever); Or they try, atleast.
I just beat the Space Emmisary and also just got Wolf soon afterwards and have been trying my best to get used to him. In a way he's a lot different than Fox and Falco. His moves seem to be a bit more powerful though. For instance, his 'down+A' punch seems to drill exactly like Falco's did in Melee. It's a different move, but the same effect. Thats one reason I like him. But if it weren't for his bad, annoying, frustating, sorry excuse for a recovery (Up+B), he would be a huge success in every aspect. I guess Nintendo has to nurf him in some way. Oh, and he's a bit slower than Fox and Falco.

Re: SSBB Friend Codes Thread
So what the heck were Nintendo thinking when they put Olimar in the game? Unless you are playing on a huge TV, there's no way you can keep up with what you are making your Pikmin do in a 4 player battle.

It's just one more unknown excuse to add another character. He is relatively decent though.butters wrote:So what the heck were Nintendo thinking when they put Olimar in the game? Re: SSBB Friend Codes Thread
He could of picked...Someone else..Maybe? No idea though.
I beat the SSE and got every character and stage. Now I'm working on the trophies and other misc stuff. It'll be a long way to completely beating the game. Not sure if I'll do it though; beating Classic mode with all characters for one trophy and All-Star mode with all characters for one trophy doesn't seem worth it.

Re: SSBB Friend Codes Thread
I bought it yesterday. With the pace I have with video games, I'll be lucky to unlock half the stuff. I'm about 25% through that Subspace thing. I tried twice to play online to no success. Fairly soon, I'll start playing Twilight Princess again.
