Quake 4 (Xbox 360)

Yeah, I bought it before but it didn't have the Quake 2 bonus disc, so I exchanged it for GRAW. This one has the bonus disc though.

Any good? The demo's destruction-derby-meets-burnout feel convinced me to stick it in my rental queue but it's not been sent out yet.

Not entirely sure yet. Seems a lot like Flatout, I never played the second one, but I haven't played much of it. What's disappointing is the frame rate, but that could be a region problem. It could be the fact that I'm comparing it to the PC version which runs fairly smooth on my PC.

Sending off my info for my 5 free HDDVD's for buying the 360 HDDVD Player. (yea i'm a major movie junky, not the most amazing list. But a few good ones)

Casablanca
U571
Constatine
Blazing Saddles
The Chronicles of Riddick

I have seen all of the above except for Riddick, I have heard mixed reviews. Just wanted some input before I choose that one to be my 5th movie. Oh well if it does suck, I can always get a lil store credit for it or something.

Wrong thread. :P

Someone should revive the "Post everytime you buy a DVD" thread.

Medevil for PS1. I remember playing the demo of this game ages ago and liking it. I never did get around to buying it till recently. PRetty decent game.

Rented Spiderman 3 for PS3. I was on a pretty good streak, but this game just sucks. Crap controls, boring, etc. I could see where kids would enjoy it, but to me its another pitiful movie based game. I really didn't have high hopes for this game to begin with though.

Metroid Prime 3
musika (iPod)
Sims Pool (iPod)

...I really need to stop buying new games. I'm buying Eternal Sonata next month, then I swear, no more new games (unless a VC game comes along that I cannot pass up).

And BTW, musika and Sims Pool are the biggest battery hogs I have ever seen. You would be lucky to squeeze 45 minutes of gameplay out of a fully charged battery. Definitely kills the portability factor.
