DVD ROM DRIVE on a XBOX

Has anyone tried to hook up their dvd rom drive to the xbox,I heard it can be done.I also heard it can play,dvdr,cdrw,cdr movies,and burned games.

Microsoft are apparently working on an "Xbox Connection Kit" add-on which will allow you to connect your Xbox to your PC and access TV and entertainment files. Also some rumours about combining the Xbox with digital media functions. So in other words they want to beat Sony at thier own game (PS3 I mean). You can read about it here.

Man, only use 1 of those pictures in your avatar, its not good loading 2 pics like that on a 56k modem, not all of us have broadband y'know.
