RSG's Solar Struggle Discussion

This is just a commercial developer and publisher releasing a game on a commercial console. RSG obviously want to move away from the part-time Dreamcast stuff and develop into a larger company. Nobody trying to make money will support the Sega Dreamcast forever.

As a website about the Dreamcast scene I think it would be best to thank them for their support and wish them luck in the future. Please don't bring this place down to a new level of desperation by badgering them with online petitions and whatnot.

Well I was never going to suggest a petition, but I was going to suggest hate mail. I can see how that is immature and not worth executing.

Let me send Max an email for comment, if it is something descent with that I mean more than, "it is a business decision" or any crap along those lines we'll update the news post otherwise I just say we move the last 2 news posts to Null and forget all about it.


I send an email now and wait 24 hours for a reply and then it is NULL.


EDIT: I have taken your advice and posted exactly what you said, with a video of a cat performing CPR on a dying one, it isn't relevant but I hope no one removes it.

Atleast not for another 24 hours, Max should reply soon.

Perhaps they figured that 99.9% of people in the DC scene community continued buying new consoles over the last decade? It's an obvious marketing channel.

I;m pretty sure that anything dicussed in OT will inform more people than anything posted in News.

It is B3 B3, not c3 it is B3.

My problem is that the platform of the game wasn't revealed from the get go, and several Dreamcast sites including this one believed it to be a Dreamcast and reported it as news and then when XBLA/PC release was confirmed moved all the news post to gaming forum or deleted them altogether.

It is XBLI only.

I'm buying this game as soon as I figure out how to buy it, or go online with my 360.



The music is non existent and bland
the voice acting is annoying
the entire video made me a bit dizzy

However I usually maintain a healthy distance from shooters any case.

What do you guys think?
