I'm stupid, I know that, but I not quite clear what this means:speud wrote:the new RADquake has been released.

I know there is no hardware 3D acceleration (is there?), so does it mean you're rendering to screen through straight PVR commands rather than SDL commands?speud wrote: - converted SDL rendering to 2d PVR rendering

Kind of pathetic, and I think you know it.Speud in his RADQuake readme wrote:I'd like to mention here a few people that didn't help, their negative, unrespectful and ungrateful attitude is a shame for the DC scene.
Here they are: Wraggster, souLLy, ace, Ender, Butters and Christuserloeser.
There were probably some more people but those are the ones I can think of at the moment.
Also dcemulation.org and dcemu.co.uk tend to bash some devvers for personnal reasons, so if you are a devver willing to contribute i don't recommand these places.

its just my opinion. since i thank those who helped i dont see any reason why i wouldnt mention those who didnt. anyway, glad you read the readme file.
people who read it are free to make themselves an opinion on the persons and sites mentionned. fact is those people and sites acted really negatively with this project, and it was a good place to mention it. i really dont care about what you think about it, and your reaction doesnt surprise me at all.
also i still post here because there are still some interesting projects and people here, though dont expect me to contribute to this forum that much.

Nice release
Just a shame you have a really bad personality, oh and DCemu uk doesnt bash any devvers, never have never will.
I just take into account those with double standards.

nice release speud, I'll have to do some Envenom testing on this as soon as I get another beta version ready - which will be *very* soon my hungry beta testers.

thanks tyne. cant wait to see the final release, i really enjoyed the preview
it wont work with dchakker/demomenu, and i doubt it would work with dreaminducer either.
also people who got the files from somewhere else than the official thread should check IMR tech forums, the previous release was buggy and its links have been removed. a bug fix has been released but nobody who can test it with a non PAL DC reported if it worked or not yet.

Not going to have time to test this for awhile... mandatory overtime (and I already work 12hr days normally), visitors from out of town, and 2 weddings to go to all in the next couple weeks.
but I did have time to mirror it on edgefiles...

or

I dont have time to do an update to the RADQuake page(s) on Console.Quakepit.net though...
