Go AMD, if its a small case an AMD64 is what you want. They put out barely any heat, mine idles at 27 (Used to idle at 25, damn dusty case) with Cool n' Quiet on

I think its Corsair I used in my build. They do really high end stuff, but lower down the scale they do great budget RAM with heatspreaders, that, at the time was very fast
