Hot.

Someone tell me the iPhone has a decent shoutcast client and it might just be my next phone.

Re: Cycling to work

How far is the commute and are you comfortable with sharing the roads with 30, 40, 50? mph traffic? After that I'd be concerned with how long it would take each way: Are you willing to trade your time commuting for some money saved? Will the weather be predictable enough that you'll not get caught o...

[UK] 360 Universal Media Remote & HD DVD Drive, £20

Just a heads up, Gamestation are currently flogging their remaining 360 HD DVD drives for 20 quid (£25 with 2 discs £8 or less). The retail pack itself also includes the universal media remote. The drive is quite worthless but: -The included media remote is pretty useful and would cost you ÂÂ...

Looks good to me. I've got that exact hard disk in a Shuttle ST20G5, an older version of what you're looking at. It's probably one of the quietest disks on the market but because the shuttle chassis is so light it wont absorb all its vibration so prepare to put the computer on little rubber feet if ...

OMG, it's on cell phones now!? Dude, I want that sooo bad now! It was released on the UK network operator "3" this week but it's not even showing up on the publisher's website yet so it could be a few weeks before it pops up on other carriers. Also, it doesn't have any multiplayer battle ...

You didn't really miss out, the sidequests weren't upto much tbh. Main quest was pretty good though and as a whole the game was definitely worth a rental.

Don't know if they're popular in the States but Nokia's Symbian (Series 60) handsets can run a whole load of software, including a free IRC client . Plus you can theoretically get IRC on any phone which supports java midlets: http://jmirc.sourceforge.net/index.html . Again, don't know how popular th...

The Witcher - £20 - PC DVD
Played it for maybe 20 minutes to try it out earlier, seems pretty good but loads real slow and pages to disk all the time with 'only' 1GB of RAM.

in time. in time (presumably when hdtv's come down a little more).
You don't have to use the 360 on a hdtv, they support VGA and now DVI/HDMI. A friend's using one on his CRT monitor and it looks fantastic.
