I don't see why everyone has so much trouble with this. because not everybody has the same modem. some need a line voltage simulation to work properly. its explained in the guide if i remember correctly. also its not replacing a bba, if you use your 33/56k dc modem to connect to your pc, even thoug...

you call me a child while i did everything possible to include fraggers changes, im the one who waited for him and tried to make him work with me instead of working on his own release. ace at the moment i am doing my best to stay polite, this is the kind of useless crap i mentionned. if you dont und...

this is true (though i dont really see the point in writing this "intro"), until "Ian never could get saving support...". i did modify almost everything he modified too, so thats just a total waste. i did tell him i didnt want to work on something from my side while he was working on the same thing ...

you mean links to VMU Tool 0.7.0? i thought the files were mirrored at dcemulation.org. if dcemulation.org links are dead you can get them by browsing this directory: http://bswirl.kitsunet.org/vmutool/

but I didn't post anything because I didn't know the whole story, perhaps neither did Christuserloeser if you dont know "the whole story" its useless to post your feelings. we are not judging fragger here, its just that i cant add his changes to my code, and it makes me mad because i told him sever...

uh?? rushed release?? i finished my changes for some time now, i was waiting for fraggers changes like i said before. he sent me his changes by pm and most of them are simply not compatible with mine, so what should we do? should we break my code to add fraggers changes (which basically are blind ch...

first you reproach dreamsnes to be slow, which is untrue, but you say you didnt burn it yet... that definitely worth a cd to try, most games run at very decent speed with sound enabled. advising not to waste a cd and wait for the new version of superfamicast instead is just plain stupid. for first y...

i told you several times that i hate to waste my time working on parts that would eventually be modified/removed later. i also posted the parts i intended to change or changed already, and this didnt stop you to continue your changes in "secret" without bothering of the compatibility. although you d...

When you say shorten the life span, how long do you mean? cos I don't think that we are talking bout making a DC only last 6 weeks. It should still last years, especially if you can get better cooling on it like that did. i dont think it would last months, especially if you turn it on often and for...

No Dreamcast web browser allows you to save pictures not sure i understood your answer correctly :?: you can save any type of file with dreamkey/dreampassport, including pictures. then you can load them offline from the browser's vm file manager, as long as their mime type is recognized by the brow...

i just think his post makes more sense if he was comparing sfc1 and dsnes 0.9.8, thats true dsnes's speed doesnt change much with or without sound at contrary to sfc1. but i dont think dsnes is slow neither.

Thats really cool news! Especially the 640x480 resolution! Does it affect speed? I remember that the speed was really slow with SDL renderer at this resolution. I'm sure that if speed is good theres absolutely no need for any gardware acceleration yet, because the game looks tons better with this. ...

what about not being so lazy before starting threads that could finish in flames? anyway, people's opinion is not so important, what counts is how you like them. you can use sbi or dchakker/demomenu to have both on the same disc if thats the only thing that stops you.
