Yes ISOFix is very needed. Actually my MDT relies on it for a little bit of functionality. THe page looks great. Ive been waiting to do this for YEARS. thanks to getting around to it |darc|, thank you very much. Yeah, I had to use ISOFix a couple times in the past week so I now know how important i...

Didn't see that on the video that I downloaded, but going third person would make a difference. I know it is a little thing, but that first person perspective kept me off of the Dragon Warrior series until the last one. I'm not sure why the first person rubs me the wrong way, but we all have our li...

I checked around, and this doesn't seem to be a game that shows up preowned too often around here. If the battle system is vastly improved as butters says, maybe I'll try a rental before plunking down $70. Of course with my luck, I'll like it, buy it, and it will go on sale in a week. It's been out...

I never really got into Morrowind, but I've heard that Oblivion has a more concrete main story line. As a fan of more of the Japanese style of rpgs (the only reason why I have a ps2 at this point), will Oblivion be more to my tastes? The Ebgames here still has new copies of the collectors edition he...

XBL- video market place, disorganization and not much there
Just a question for those of you who have been on the 360 scene for awhile. Much of the xbox video market place, especially when it comes to tv, movies, etc seems pretty sparse and disorganized to me. Example: if you go to the video market place, a big picture icon might highlight that episode 1 of ...

At any rate, all this PS3 talk is useless now. Wait until this time next year when all three systems were available for another Christmas season. Then we will see who the real winner is. I agree. Making comparisons at this point is pretty useless. If you bought a 360 already, it is because you want...

Re: System warranties
Do you all fork out the extra dough for a warranty when you buy a system, or do you just take the risk? I didn't get one for my Xbox 360 and I'm wondering if I should, since the thing heats up so bad (I burned my hand when taking GoW out after 3-4 hours of playing). $60 just seems like quite just t...

That allows you to transfer some stuff (or at least make a backup). The Xsata is the only way that I know of to get old xbox saves onto the 360 as well. I suspect though that certain things are tied (ie, purchased XBLA games, movies etc) to the hardware or the gamer profile. You might be able to bac...

The value has dropped now. Just before Disgaea 2 was released, a used copy in mint condition on ebay often went for $80-90. For awhile, it was $60 used from ebgames. Now a used copy goes for $30-$40, and ebgames lists the used copy back in stock for $40. There have been reports that new copies somet...

Those are all very logical arguements. I tend not to buy very many sports games in general, because there isn't $50 dollars of new stuff added every year to make it worth it, especially the EA games. It seems that a few years need to go by before another purchase it worth it. Making logical arguemen...

Re: PAL gamecube S-VIDEO question
I've heard that PAL gamecubes dont use S-Video, does this include gamecubes that have digital out as well? I don't see why PAL gamecubes can't use S-video... isn't s-video capable of 576i (pal) as well as 480i (NTSC)? If it is a PAL game, it should work. Regardless, even if I am wrong, a gamecube w...
