apparently not many DC TS were produced comapred to shat load of Saturn TS hence you can pick up minty one for ~$15 and loose one for practically nothing in Japan! Anyone selling Saturn TS on ebay for more than $19 plus shipping is ripping people off me think... :p p.s. if you have Saturn I'd recomm...

there are number of site on how to fix it - it's too hard as long as you are confident with soldering...

can't say for others since never used but with TC3 it hasn't blown mine yet after two years of use... :p

as long as you have no plan to use Saturn Twinstick on DC it should be fine...

Like mentioned above US copy itself has the lockout to prevnt any official JPN/PAL Sega light guns to be used - 3rd party ones fine though...

for Saturn nothing can beat TotalControl 3. It's also the only one that will let you play cheaper Saturn Twinstick on DC... :D however finding one will be a challange especially at the decent price... i have one of those plastic gun that when pulling the trigger the barrel does pull back action like real gun... still it's more of gimmick than anything else...
