And the downgrading back to vista isn't just a very specific problem, the printers not working isn't a very specific problem? can't understand what you're trying to say Your said that the data loss bug was small and specific, i was s...

I'm sorry to hear that, tbh i never realized it was that hazardous of a job. Luckily i've never had to go through that, i can't imagine having something like that happen under my supervision.

Re: OSX "Leopard" Is a Smug Bastard
Ok, do that same commercial, but have the mac guy completely forget his lines every time he tried to move, and then have him just stand there looking retarded for a sec or two. Every os has it's flaws. And personally, i'd rather buy a new printer/wait for a driver upgrade then lose potentially month...

Hey Bizzle, i'm not a network guru, but how/why does setting the dns server to one outside your isp work/benefit the end user? This is the first time i've heard of doing that.

Re: Anyone else having problems with tinypic/photobucket?
just figured it out. The one difference between all my pc's and the ps3 is... The pc's have static ip's set, the ps3 has dhcp enabled. When i enabled dhcp on my desktop- the sites now load fine. But, i would much rather have my computers on a static ip basis, does anyone know which setting might hav...

Re: Anyone else having problems with tinypic/photobucket?
if by adblock you mean the included popup blocker, then yes- if 'adblock' is a user installed ad on, then no.
and it's not like the pages load and i see a white page, it says "page cannot be found/displayed" and to try again.

Re: Anyone else having problems with tinypic/photobucket?
ok, it's apparently not my internet connection, or a router setting- because the sites work fine on my ps3, but not on any of my computers (2 desktop 1 laptop) in firefox or ie, vista or xp. Any other suggestions? I'm using windows one care av/as/fw, but i've even tried to disable them and the pages...

Re: Building a Gaming Computer....
I dont see why not, as long as you dont need 2 other ide devices. Most motherboard only come with 1 ide connector for 2 devices. Thats why i bought the msi board because along with the 2nd raid card it also adds the 2nd ide channel. Also, when you say "old", how old? If you are going to do...

Re: Building a Gaming Computer....
after my recent experience with OCZ ram, i would choose a different brand. I just (wed) bought patriot extreme and will post back, but if you watch the slickdeals.net forums, 2gb corsair 800mhz goes as low as 40-50$ shipped. And i would also look at a different CPU, you may be upgrading it in the fu...
