Re: Forums updated to phpBB3.3.x branch
Well, the reCAPTCHA support seems to be helping block spam accounts, so... Yay? Excellent. You've been very on top of knocking out spam accounts, so thank you for that, it hasn't been unnoticed. I was hoping this would alleviate the problem :D And I haven't really tweaked the settings for it yet so...

Forums updated to phpBB3.3.x branch
Emoji support, new icon set with high resolution support, improved quoting, and improved reCAPTCHA support, enjoy!
I had to disable and reenable the board themes, which made everyone's theme preferences revert to the default theme. Sorry about that.
Let me know if there are any issues.

Re: I'M BACK
A lot of my memories of this place and IRC are arguing with people. That's not true. Feels odd because I haven't argued with anyone online for years and years now. What? You're arguing with me right now you fucking prick. not sure if it's because I'm more mature You're not. if it's just because I c...

Re: CEMU Wii U Emulator for Dreamcast Port
I am working on it. I expect to release a public alpha sometime around Thanksgiving, assuming I can get the rewrite of the Espresso ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Espresso_(microprocessor) ) emulator in assembly finished, or at least somewhat stable. Right now pre-alpha builds are available on my ...

Re: Current best option for debugging on actual hardware?
Thank you for the detailed answer, BlueCrab. I really appreciate it. I have started hunting for a Lan Adapter. Being able to printf() everywhere is very important. :D Just FYI you want to look for a Broadband Adapter, not LAN Adapter. LAN adapter (Fujitsu chip) is 10mbps and only compatible with th...

Re: Oh no, not again -- Hurricane Ida
We're all good. My wife and I rode things out on the Northshore (across the lake from New Orleans). We lost power there and had to deal with bottled water for everything (boil-water orders for the tap water) while also having to deal with a heat advisory warning. We got back into town like 36 hours ...

Re: Custom bios
Thank you for your answer. Do you know the difference between the 2 BIOS ? dreamboot-1.1.0.bios is for a standard Dreamcast. Probably the one you want. dreamboot-nogdrom-1.1.0.bios is for consoles that do not have a GD-ROM drive (or ODE) attached to the G1 bus. You'll probably know if this applies ...

Re: Custom bios
For development, you probably want the RetroDream BIOS as it'll allow you to boot straight into dcload.

Re: Help burning CDI on (modern) Macs
Title says it all. All information I can find online refers to long-dead and/or unsupported software, or requires an internal burner (non-USB) that were ditched in most Macs several years ago. The software you reference above will function fine with an external burner, except the program is not cap...

Re: Internalized DreamPi Adapter
Hey there. saw a link to your project in a reddit search and am considering doing this for my own Dreamcast. I bought a premade modem adapter with an in internal LVI mod. So I'm assuming I would just leave it in place as is and move to the step of desoldering and joining the 5V supply and the phone...
