Re: How can I contact Rand?

Rand's made the rounds with a bunch of people in the DC scene and in social media on general in the past few years. It probably wouldn't be difficult to get him back on here to make the joke come full circle tbh.

Re: CEMU Wii U Emulator for Dreamcast Port

Thanks for the youtube embed, I realized that the board was still using an old-style flash-based embed, but with flash being deprecated now, it didn't work. so I fixed it to use a new style html based embed.

Re: Asking for help to save our home

lmao. ancient medicine overload here -- cholesterol, salt, fiber... next, tell me about the four humors. Total cholesterol is largely a function of what you've eaten over the last few days. It is not an indicator of your cardiovascular health. you could be the healthiest person in the entire world, ...

Re: Asking for help to save our home

I am with Darc. Balance is important. Bodies are different. I had the aforementioned problems that Manoel and Christ mentioned. I switched to vegan and it created a huge protein deficiency. That said, red meat is bad. It is far more complex for your body to break down in contrast to chickpeas which...

Re: Asking for help to save our home

Everyone knows vegetables and fruits are incredibly healthy - until you bring up the word 'vegan'. Anyone who claims that "the science is clear" or that nutrition is a settled topic clearly is talking out of their ass. After experiencing health issues in my early 30s I've put an extreme f...

Re: Asking for help to save our home

Please don't do that. Vegan diets are largely unsustainable. You'll feel GREAT at first after eliminating terrible typical Western diet foods, but nutrient deficiencies will catch up with you after a year or so and you'll start to fall apart. This is an extremely common pattern, just talk to ex-vega...

Re: Dreamcast emulator for PC

I don't think any emulators interface with .VMS game saves directly, they typically use a .bin disk image and the VMS files are saved inside.

Perhaps try VMU TOOL PC? https://sizious.com/download/dreamcast/#vmu-tool-pc
I think you might be able to insert the save files into a VMU image using that.

60th was 2 years ago.

But Sega has long been a shell of their former selves. Don't cry for Sega; they're already gone.

Re: Forums updated to phpBB3.3.x branch

Well, the reCAPTCHA support seems to be helping block spam accounts, so... Yay? Excellent. You've been very on top of knocking out spam accounts, so thank you for that, it hasn't been unnoticed. I was hoping this would alleviate the problem :D And I haven't really tweaked the settings for it yet so...

Forums updated to phpBB3.3.x branch

Emoji support, new icon set with high resolution support, improved quoting, and improved reCAPTCHA support, enjoy!

I had to disable and reenable the board themes, which made everyone's theme preferences revert to the default theme. Sorry about that.

Let me know if there are any issues.
