No, DSNES has better video modes (TV mode - low res) brilliant! Plays better too with sound and transparencies. But as soon as the screen is fixed and speed improved it sure will, the alpha 3 with auto-frameskipping plays very good. So it's worth a try. Super Mario World plays very good, recommended!
