I am trying to do a compile of scummvm but petes site is not up, and you need that library to compile. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well the current version you have released burner does not work with any version of oregon trail i have ever tried. and i have tried em all. they all complain about lack of memory

Oregon trail is the shiz knight. Only reason for apple 2e if only my lil dreamcast could play it

man you can probably install it with installer, but tar.gz are your friends.... but if you are not into the whole source seen, mandrake.... but you can get rpms for mandrake and double click install. easy peasy

when you hit the start button on a dreaminducer disc what bin does it try to load? is it just dcload.ip? or something more specific. I dont think it crashes but I have read that before, could some one fill me in thanks

You would probably be most happy with mandrake as it is made for beginners but if you are on 56k and are gonna download it yourself I would reccomend morphix or knoppix. They are live cds, cds that run linux without installing to hd and then you can play around with linux without touching your hd an...
