I got a smc rom of star ocean, it must be togheter with a folder and works in znes. i was thinking, it works in dsnes too? how?

I was thinking, if i make a selfboot DreamSnes image and let the "finalize cd" option unchecked, and the first session in multisession mode, i could add new roms and mp3 in the folders after burn process.
