From what I've seen (my Mom works in a private practice as an LPN and my Dad works in larger hospitals as an RN), state/federal r...

Sure, no problem! Hey, guys who signed up to fight the JUST Taliban and Al-Qaeda: You can't just go and do whatever you want in the military! You do what you are told. If you don't like that, don't volunteer... But that's not what the recruiter said! He said I'd get rushed through SF training and t...

Techlancer, lvl 10o-something RaCast. Usually play in the blooddumpster games. Probably gonna come back to PSO ...

As for your question, I don't think they'd recall someone who flunked out of basic. Not unless there's a draft. Just a sidenote about the whole staying in Iraq bit, saw an article at work the other day. Kind of amused me. It was these Air Force communication guys bitching about three month deploymen...

I got discharged about two years ago, and when I was in there, a 92 GULF was a damn cook. Nothin' wrong with being a cook, somebody's got to make breakfast 7 days a week. Some guys are total pricks about their jobs, but most guys are pretty cool. Gotta work deals, like say a plate of biscuits and g...

Scoff and joke all you guys want, but I actually enjoyed my time there. I did some fun things, but the N.B.C chamber filled with CS, had to be the toughest crap I've ever been through. They send you in there in groups of about eight soldiers, line you up on opposite sides of the wall. Ask you to rem...

Personally I like the Pelican controllers, always thought they were pretty decent. THey're nice and big, have a pretty good D-Pad, and the built-in rumble's pretty nice, more powerful than a stock SEGA pack. Plus you can remap the buttons. I've had fairly good luck with the fighter pads. You should ...
