I have the Interact wheel (the first link). It works well, I just never use it. Mine is in like-new condition, still have the box. The pedals and steering are touch-sensitive, as would be expected and it works with all PS1 and PS2 games. It's fun for a while using it on Grand Theft Auto. They want $...

I recommend Border Down, Psyvariar 2, or Zero Gunner 2 instead if you're looking for a shooter. All those games put Giga Wing 2 to shame. It's not a very polished game, certainly isn't anything new or innovative, filled with Engrish, bad sound, bad controls, bad graphics, avoid as stated before.

I blame the Spongebobs. The one on the right does look a bit demonic.

Heh, Chip's Challenge. I'd forgotten all about that game. I got up to level 70-something on it ages ago. Wasted too much time on that and Skifree. Good times with those cheesy Win 3.1 games.

My Savebox doesn't show up either. I just leave everything in the Inbox if I want to pull it up again later.

Sega definitely needs to make a new NiGHTS game. Just like they need to un-cancel that next-gen Vectorman game.

Found what it was, it doesn't load N64 games, it was a debug unit.

I don't think it matters, I've used a number of brands and haven't had any trouble. Just make sure you don't use CD-RWs.

Question About Bios Images

This may sound like a stupid question, but why do emulators for some systems require bios images, but others don't? Such as, why is a bios image required for a Playstation or a Saturn emulator, but not for an NES or N64 emulator?

Backwards-compatible Gamecube?

All this talk of the Xbox and backwards-compatibility reminded me of a picture I saw in a back-issue of Game Informer. They mentioned the system was only among developers at the time, a red Gamecube with a device built-into the lid to read N64 carts. The system definitely looked official. Does anyon...

I got a great pair from Radioshack for about $40. They also have a radio built in and an input plug, which avoids your headphones shorting out on you. If your cable shorts out, your headphones aren't screwed since you can just replace the cable. You can use a standard male-to-male 1/8 in. cable to c...

A router should work fine online, just make sure you disable NAT or any sort of firewall or else you can't join some games and can't host any. And I recommend picking up Twisted Metal Black: Online.

I thought the same thing, but this is coming from the Visualboy Advance people. The GBA Link cable can send data up to 2Mb/s which is really a lot of data and considering how the GBA emulation requires a fast computer, it would require a really fast computer to achieve a decent emulation. It would b...

Nope, the GBA link cable can send data up to 2mb/sec, which would be difficult/impossible if you were trying to play online. There are GB and GBC emulators supporting the link feature, but none for GBA

Im trying to take a Screenshot from a moviefile and make it into a jpeg. I know I have done this 100 times in the past, but I can't get it to work right. I pause to the point I want the screenshot in windows media player, and then I do the printscreen. I then open up Paint and Past the picture in t...
