I beleave it was all the way back on the original forum... but it was figured out that a lot of the missing skins and funky looking models were cause because of having duplicate models. This was all back before I ever started messing with QuakeDC myself. I didn't see why that would cause the problem...

Thought I'd posted about this before... Guess not. Problem with that mod is it's made mainly for multiplayer but does not inlcude bots. It will work in singleplayer to a point.
