I quite like those covers myself, good job. On that DC template, I actually meant the gray "Dreamcast" strip at the top to be changed to blend in with the rest of the artwork on the front. If you look in the layers folder for that particular part, I think there's a whole load of Colorizing...

I eventually decided to just put down the cash for a KD-VTCA3. As you said Rican, it works perfectly. But it's not cheap by any means.

They're the same - UK is serviced by Sega of Europe (in fact, that's where they're based). I wasn't too impressed with their efforts either... perhaps they usually re-use Sega of America's materials, but didn't have any in this case.

Thanks - although those two other covers of mine you mentioned, I'm actually not very pleased with them - especially seeing as one uses a bad quality scan for the box templates. Now I use bad scans as a base and re-make everything on top, not just the stuff I'm changing. Although I hear it's normal ...

Most of the work I can do right now on the menus is all done.
With the exception of icons. I'm terrible at those.

Hmmm... forget that idea actually... the results I got weren't very nice looking. As good as that emulator is, it just doesn't allow for the customization I was looking for.

For everyone who's curious to see the menu I did in action (mainly me!) I'm working on a toned-down version for NeoGenesis on the Xbox. I'll keep you posted.

Of course, the Dreamcast Genesis+ version is what I'm -really- interested in.

I thought Unreal was a far better game, but the port was nothing like as good as Quake 3. It's a lot choppier.

That doesn't sound like a video standards issue. If that was the case, you probably wouldn't get any color at all - and this is a PAL Dreamcast which can only output PAL color signals (at either 50 or 60 hz).
