I would say to if nothing work, such as the plain files and the sbi's and the other forms, try to burn the nero image on this site that is just kinda of a boot disc and use other disc's with roms on them to play the games. just switch the disc after the dreamsnes boot disc loads.

i would say to take it until you save then put it back in.

you could get the sbi for dreamsnes, you can also add other sbi's on the same disc like nesterDC and others. I think its the easiest way to make a disc, you can sbi's from sbiffy.com or this site has them too. there is guides on how to make a disc of sbi's im not sure where i know there on this site.

just use the ips patch it, its easy, they will work prefect on the dreamsnes emulator.

You should use the sbi for dreamsnes, you can put other systems on it too. also it is easy to make a disc with sbi's. go to sbiffy.com for some sbi's or this site has them too. well don't give up on it, its wroth the hassle.

I went to there site today and it wasn't there. I tried it a couple times and got the same thing. I don't know whats up with it, i hope they have a christmas release, that would be cool.

I think the best way to figure out how to burn emulators, is to get sbi, and download the sbi's from this site or if they dont have them go to consolevision.com.
