LCDs have gotten really cheap. I was going to replace my 17" CRT with a 17" LCD, but then I went on newegg and found out that a 19" samsung was around $250. I had no idea they were that cheap. It's a wonderful monitor.

Be careful with the wankel apex points. I've heard you have to rebuild the engine every 100k miles. I'm sure it proforms well, but I'd probably stay away from one.

That's insane. On an open core CPU without a heat spreader all you need is a rice-grained size dab of a good thermal paste. From the document that I saw on Something Awful, they're advising techs to use a WHOLE TUBE of thermal paste on those three contact points. One tube should last at least 20-30 ...
