I played with the beta about a year ago and I only remembered I was very enthusiastic about it, but didn't remembered exactly what it was. So I dugged up some old postings about it and this what I was most keen about: The most important is the really neat autoload feature, call your game boot.sms (f...

Finally they take actions against these sites. It's really gotten out of hand, every pc noob could download warez these days. And seeing the reactions on the internet it, it looked like that everyone saw it as a right to download these things. And now they are mad that they are have taken something ...

It's amazing. That feature rich emu is exactly what I wanted NesterDC to be. I was planning to make a Dream Inducer menu for this with the manuals, shots, history, cheats etc. etc. but you got the very same thing in mind! Wouldn't that be great, to have one disc with the complete NES history and gam...

First I thought it had the same options as ip4win. But this is just the ultimate ip.bin creation tool. Saves me lot's of time: very usefull! Now we just need to figure out what all those options does (most interesting: selection of media with cdrom1/1, cdrom 1/2 and 2/2).

Nice to read the site is finally getting updated! Respect to the good people who managed to convince 007 to let someone else do it, I tried and failed. Also good to read in six pages it's appreciated by others that people spend their free time updating a site that isn't owned by them. As some say yo...

A great read as always. Besides ordering these games for myself, I was thinking about ordering extra ones to send them to game magazine publishers in my country. When they got reviewed it sure does get some attention! I don't know if you are cool with that or was planning such thing yourself?

The Yodel demo rocked! Everybody with a Dreamcast should have seen it. I really hoped for more of such demo's when the one from Yodel was released (back in 2001), maybe going the same as the early PC demo scene. But nothing came even close to that one. So I really like to see this new effort!

Somewhat good news than, I anticipated that the DC Emulation news archive would be corrupted someday because it was running for a long while (something Newspro mostly can't handle). Because DC Emulation don't had the archiving enabeld the whole archive was one big file. Thanks to Dr. Zoidberg I got ...

Congratulations to Nintendo for proving that you can protect a game console very well. This is just the first hardware hack and it means it even take some time before it becomes easy for the "mass" to bother with it. Now you need to make a difficult modifications and open up the GC to let it read no...

Anyone ever heard of the Dreamcast Surf & Play Demo-Pod?

I just came across a Dutch auction where someone is selling a Surf & Play Demo pod. It looks very cool, but I never heard of it. I also can't find any info on the net or on a site like http://www.dreamcasthistory.com. Does anybody have some info about it? http://www.scixed.com/dc/1.jpg More pictures

Whatever comes out, I highly appreciate the work you already have done Dan. It reminds me of the Bleemcast days where eventually Bleem tried just to get Bleem released (and on the market) rather than earning a big profit. Rand even kept us informed in those hard days for Bleem. I got the same feelin...

Thanks Scherzo for that link! If I only knew earlier... The screenshots package I'm offering is based on SMS Checker names. I don't know of any tool, but you can use ACDSee for example to convert a PNG into a PCX. All the info on what the settings and sizes are can be find in the Dreamcast Emulation Knowledge Base directly here. You also can find premade screenshots packages there.
