I really think the Killers are over-rated. Their first CD was crappy. The first half was catchy (not really anything stood out, but they had hooks). The second half...urf. So I didn't bother buying their second album. I predict they'll flame out soon enough, as do most of these "omg teh hip bandz." ...

Final bump! If you want any of these items, let me know soon. Once they're gone, they're gone, and I don't have many left as of this point. Something like 12/13 chips, 4 OC kits, and the Coldheat Iron.

PM/email me if you want anything!

Arguably, you could say that playing any video game could be time better spent elsewhere, learning or practicing something in real life. The point of Guitar Hero really isn't to get better at guitar; at its core, it's just a rhythm game. Personally, I find things like that really enjoyable to play f...

Why can't Apple just own up to their mistake without taking shots at Microsoft? Microsoft doesn't ship Windows with viruses embedded in it; nor do they market any products that have had such problems. It is inexcusable for a mass-market product such as the iPod to be infected with a virus. It really...

Funny, I could just use my 360 HDD adapter, load a bunch of save games off the net onto my HDD, boot the game, and bam - high gamerscore. Worth it? ...no. No, that's not the case. The gamerscore will not be upped if you, say, have a save of Oblivion on your HD that is 100% complete. You would have ...

From the way the article is worded it doesn't sound like these cheats are for multiplayer. I think what Mel meant is that in previous editions, there was a button code or password that you could input to unlock things, i.e. all the courses. Now, EA has disabled that, and instead, you can buy them i...

I bought Doom, having never played the original before. I must say, I enjoyed Doom 3 a lot more, although the two are hardly comparable. Doom is alright, but it's repetitious. Worth $10, though. There's also some inexcusable lag in multiplayer. I mean WTF, people use to play this over modem connect...

I think it's a bit disturbing, but the system is still way too big to keep track of everything that's going on. That's changing pretty rapidly, though. Pretty soon it could be so that nothing is truly private, which has advantages and disadvantages. Luckily, there's been no one in my life who is tec...

Yes, it's a huge mistake, BUT it's bound to happen when you're a doctor. As Hawke said, perfection and humanity aren't part of one another. And while it'd be great if all doctors were perfect -- and it sucks really hard when they mess up, especially when its someone close to you -- they do a lot mor...

I can make my own title, since I sell things on eBay for about $500 - $1000 worth of profits a month. No taxes either, 50 hours a month or so. I'll just say that I sell games. No title. The unemployed who makes more than his classmates. Be careful. The IRS has been going after ebay sellers lately. ...

360, SNES

I used to think N64 was the best, but the dual analog setups of today kind of made it obsolete. I find myself dying for a second stick while playing Goldeneye or some other 3D affair. Still comfortable though.

Re: Capcom shuts down Clover Studio.

Very sad to hear. I loved Viewtiful Joe, and was looking forward to getting Okami when/if the price dropped to $20. They seemed like a really creative studio, which there can never be enough of in the game industry. Oh well... I hate to always be negative, but that attitude is what keeps companies ...
