Pal-NTSC Selector

I would love to see Pal support for the European dudes among us.
(I know there is a V6. Pal but since the later versions are better it would be cool to have a Pal-NTSC selector in the newest version.)

It could be just me but the programdiscription says VMS/VMI support but i can only select VMS files, the program doesn't show VMI files :? . But the VMI contains the actual filename (in my case SONIC2___S01) the game reads. So when I copy a VMS file to the VMU it also copies the .VMS extension so th...
