We Ikaruga was a Jap exclusive for the DC. So I doubt most chain stores would have it as they don't carry imports.

Have you ever tried doing the swap on a model 2? I find it near impossible.
Model 1s are supposed to be significantly easier

You can't play homebrew or backups without a modchip.
Unless you want to do the near-impossible, hardware-damaging swap trick
