Re: Gamecube gamesaves on a Wii

Actual GC mem card Thanks for the reply. My next question is this. Which one should I get. I don't plan on getting more than a small handful of games, and I only buy 1st party memory cards. I see 4mb, 16mb, 59 blocks, 251 blocks, etc. I assume the 4mb is a 59 block card, and the 16mb is a 251 block...

so is both killing someone, and committing a felony. The key difference here being he didn't. He didn't even mean to commit any crime, by his own words at least. If he did, he meant to at most facilitate a robbery. oh, well if he said he didn't commit any crime than i'm sure he's telling the truth....

Re: The story of Ryan Holle

They think he had intent since he was a knowing accomplice to the robbery. I mean intent to kill. According to the Felony Murder Rule, manslaughter without intent is upgraded to murder if it is done while committing a felony. That's pretty messed up. so is both killing someone, and committing a fel...

Re: Americans believe in pretty much everything

As a Catholic, I see no reason to get upset with what butters said. After all, the reason there are Protestant Religions is largely due to the horrible corruption in the Catholic Church at the time of the Protestant Reformation. I'd like to think the church has gotten much better since then, but wit...

Re: Americans believe in pretty much everything

Lots of people all over the world believe in God, devil, heaven and such just because they are religious. Excuse my bluntness, but that's... kind of dumb, you know? All I can say is you better be right when you die. Isn't God all-forgiving? I think if you were faced with going to hell you'd be trul...

I'm sorry for your country.

[edit] To expand. I recently saw a article from bloomberg about several of the big countries signed up with kyoto, fail to meet their standards resulting in a huge amount of money being shuffled around.

Re: BREAKING NEWS: Mexicans capable of basic human decency

So the reality of it all is that the journalist has to point out the "compassion" (it's fucked up for ANYONE to do otherwise in the situation Soberanos was in) because either: A) He/She is a racist prick B) He/She is aware of the stereotype and is trying to combat them. C) He/She was trying to push...

Re: Women die after Nicaragua's ban on abortions

Abortion should not be used as birth control, only if the mother's life is at stake. Whether "the mother's life is at stake" is largely a matter of opinion, and waiting for a completely unambiguous risk of death means waiting until the mother is already dying. Besides, death is not the only problem...
