Weird. I can understand why some games won't be released but these games seem pretty straightforward to me. Even Europe saw everything above except Space Channel 5 Part 2.

In Europe Rez is concidered as a collectors item. There was only limited stock and only a few shops sold this game. I'm getting it next week new & sealed.

Singleplayer game can get very repetitive & boring. Some levels are more interesting than others. The way Singleplayer works: You go get a job from the guild. Every job has something to do with Ragol, one of the levels, whatever. You go down, kill stuff, find some items, complete the job, etc.... Ev...

I find gaming very productive. It helps you learn how to get out of difficult situations, word puzzles, etc... For real, I think gaming is very healthy. I don't see a difference between a good RPG and a game of Chess. Both are games and both require you to use your head. In my book, gaming is produc...

There is no confirmation that the PSO servers will close. I had contact about this with someone from Sega-support and they don't know yet what they are going to do with the servers.

Maybe it would be usefull to start up a petition or something....

But that's the same crap in every game. I remember the good old Zelda days where you had to search for a posion or something. Only one mean old bat had it and she only wanted to trade it for somekind of treasure......you have a sword don't you??? Just cut of her head and move on with the game.... Al...

Maybe it works fine the other way around. I have no clue. Maybe it has something to do with all the different models. Only thing I know is that I broke one perfectly good console..... I'll keep it for spareparts anywayzzz.

I hope that this works for ventress because I've just blown one of my spare DC's. I fried the power-board within seconds and half of my room was filled with smoke (I'm not making this up.....I'm working with a big fan right now to get all the smoke out....). It seems that only the power-board fried,...

It's not only that. It must be somehow scripted or programmed with somekind of "chance". In Veronica you have some of the same scripted events, nothing special. If you enter a room with a zombie and decide not to kill it it turns up on the other end of the mansion in only have an hour.....this is th...

I didn't care as much for RE Code V. I don't like the respawning of monsters that it seems to use. Hard enough for me to conserve ammo as it is. lol.....I useally have about 200 bullets left and a shit load of grenade shells, uzi, assault weapon, blablabla. RE:CV is so easy, just run around all the...

Space Channel is lot's of fun. Gundam is a mech simulator. The American version has english text. I don't know about the voices though.... Coasterworks sucks, the whole genre wasn't meant to be on a console. Ofcourse that is just my opinion. It's hard to recommend something to others if you don't kn...

Thanks for the reply. I'll try it this weekend and report back.

What do you mean with the resistor. I'm not so technical.....
The Japanese DC is modded so I can play Imports and PAL with no problems (60 Hz).

Thanks,

Dutch

Switching the power-board from 2 different regions?

Hi Ya'll, Would it be possible to take my European power-board out of my PAL DC and put it back into a NTSC machine? Reason is that I need to use a stepdown adapter but mine is really cheap (it works but it doesn't fit into every wallplug). I can buy a new stepdown adapter but I could also modify my...

I picked it up last week. It's a nice game. I think this was the first FPS (except for the N64) that has nice control with the regular controller. I also use D1....

Graphics are ok. Bit arcade though (lots of colors).....
Europe can't get online with it. I didn't even know USA & JAP could.

I really enjoy Resident Evil: Code Veronica. I beat that game about 7 times now and it's still fun. Characters are great. Story is deep.

Other games that had a high replay value for me:

- Sonic Adventure
- Rayman 2
- F355 Challenge
- Virtual On

The Zip-drive would be great. Just think of all the possibilities.... Never have to use a VMU again (probably). All kinds of extra content like extra quests for PSO.
