It would be just nice if it could be done because KOF games are maybe the most played in my DC, and I'm always moving my DC from my 19" PC monitor to my TV only to play these KOF games. If you can find a monitor that can handle both TV (15.75KHz) and VGA (31.5KHz) scanrates, you can add an RGB/VGA ...

You can only play this game online, so it's not worth. I have it (and also the microphone) and AFAIK servers were closed a lot of time ago.

Someone recently told me that the DC-X can get games working in VGA that I previously thought would never work, like King Of Fighters DM'99 and Last Blade, maybe also Bangai-o. Is that really possible??? I have DC-X, KOF DM'99, KOF99 EVO and Last Blade 2, but I have never been able to make them wor...

jtnewman and doragasu, which game are you debating: RE:CV or Rayman 2? Your posts and replies have me confused. )()( Rayman 2. It's not really much of a debate. At the very least, I think we agree that the DC version stands out for the better in a number of areas. This is really funny, I was actual...

Rayman 2: Nice colourful graphics, great lighting at an uberslick framerate. This game was a perfect example for DC VS PS2 (yes, I've played both). The DC version has better textures, no clipping, and runs very smoothly. The PS2 version has clipping (seams in the polygons), more jaggies, but has a ...

It might require extra effort on his part, but RAM shouldn't be too limiting a factor.
AFAIK RAM IS a limiting factor with registered DN3D, and Shadow Warrior needs more RAM than DN3D so....

I hope somebody compiles a CPS1 emulator with the great x68K and Z80 cores we have now. I love CPS1 and lots of years ago I spent a lot of time playing almost all CPS1 games that came to Spain.

Another thing about GC version: Music is streamed from the GD and in the stupid PAL version it is not properly synched with the action.

Technically NTSC GC versions are the same as Ikaruga, but I prefer GC versions because the extra modes (GC version is a lot better for practicing). But be warned:

AVOID GC PAL VERSION.

The PAL conversion is terrybly awful. It's 50Hz without selector and frame skips are very noticeable.

Generally, it's a non maskable interrupt. I know that the Z80s had them, and I think the 6502/6510 and other chips from the same era might have had them too. I think almost all CPUs have a NMI line, at least all I have used have one (even microcontrollers and DSP's). A lot of time ago (when I start...

I suppose your DC is NTSC, ?right? If it isn't, you're supposed to use a boot CD with imports.

If somebody is interested like me in building a homemade one, I think I have found the solution: http://focus.ti.com/pdfs/logic/ts5v330appclip.pdf

When I get some spare time I'll try to build one.
