Besides poor advertising (Who in the hell did Sega hire?) and delays. I think the reason why Sega failed (or as I like it 'took a breather'...Hey I can dream, can I?) was the Saturn. I'm not saying "It suX0rz", they did have brilliant games on the Saturn that unfortunately were not ported ...
