Re: South Dakota's new abortion law

I don't understand the "babies are your punishment for having sex" argument. Sex is not evil, no matter how much your imaginary friend tells you it is. There's absolutely nothing wrong with two people enjoying themselves doing an entirely natural thing. I kill many thousands of babies eve...

War with Iran or Saudi Arabia might do it. The economies tied to the USD, like China, would take a huge hit.

Re: South Dakota's new abortion law

Of course things could work out fine and not at all how I described it, but why interfere with free will and the freedom to make ones on decisions like that? I don't think that in a world where the population is doubling roughly every 35 years we should discourage voluntary population control. I'm ...

How exactly is calling a human a human backwards thinking? What's backward is how we live in a society where a large percentage of people believe in spending tons of money to save animals while they kill their unborn children.

According to IGN, it will be released in the 4th quarter of this year. I'll actually buy this one instead of using my flash cart.

Re: Teeth

The idea is to put the rapist in extreme pain then run. There's no way the rapist could pursue. If getting kicked in the nuts is enough to put a tough man on the ground, imagine having a bleeding penis.

Re: Finally finished Chrono Trigger

I've tried playing Chrono Cross but I can't stand the battle system.... I'm now 5 hours into Dragon Quest VII. In the first two hours of the game I was itching for a battle, but none came until I got through some annoying puzzles, but it's getting interesting now. The game is supposed to be 120 hour...

Re: Finally finished Chrono Trigger

One thing about Chrono Trigger is that you absolutely must go through several of the sidequests to get better armor or the last boss will do damage of more than 999, and 999 is your max HP. Learned that one the hard way.

Re: Cycling to work

It's going to be interesting to see what the reaction will be when gas starts going past $7/gallon, which is about what it will cost if oil prices hit $200/barrel like they have been forecasting lately. Many cities in the U.S. are going to have to make changes to their roads to make way for all of b...

Should be quite obvious. A woman puts one of those inside her and if a man tries to rape her, he ends up with barbs in his penis.

Finally finished Chrono Trigger

After about 10 years of playing it off and on, I beat Chrono Trigger today. So far I've seen 3 of the endings. I think that might be the first Square RPG I actually finished.

edit: I always forget there's a gaming forum here now...

oldbar , an extension to turn off the crapsomebar. I'm not quite sure what people's problem is with the new address bar. I admit, the first time it seemed to suck, but after a couple of hours it got used to what I wanted and now I get where I want to go just by typing in, well, where I want to go. ...

I'm thinking about picking up a bike myself now. I found a route through residentials that gets me almost to work, and it's only 2.5 miles.

Re: Opera 9.5

Many (most?) things that are in Firefox were originally invented by Opera, like Tabbed Browsing. Opera is more secure than Firefox and has an integrated IRC and email client. It is faster than Firefox and in my opinion a lot easier to use and more customizeable. I doubt that Opera is really more se...

Re: This smut case is extreme, even in Los Angeles

aren't our jails crowded enough already? With for-profit prisons, the concept of "crowded enough" probably doesn't exist. ...for-profit prisons? I've never heard of that... how on earth does it work? The state pays a company to run a prison for them. It's very common in Texas with minimum...

I really hope this doesn't get taken too far, and babies are aborted just because there's a chance that they might become homosexual.

BTW, I don't see how gas costs can be problematic.. Assuming you can get 20 miles to the gallon, that's like 1 gallon a week. Even if gas went up to $10 a gallon, that wouldn't be to terrible. However, it might be nice to bike anyway, if just for the extra exercise and invigoration. Lol, yeah good ...
