Re: Internet access on my school's campus

Where the hell do you go? Eastern Maine Community College. I wasn't too sure that was relevant but if so. There's a community college with dorms? Uhh... CC's are pretty much for living at home until you are able to transfer to a bigger university. Either way, I'm not surprised that the conditions t...

Re: Super Mario Galaxy highest rated next-gen game; beats Halo 3

Super Mario Galaxy is the MOST overrated game of ALL TIME! Why is it getting perfect or near-perfect scores from so many people? It's seriously a generic platformer. It adds nothing new, and I know that's not always a bad thing, but it just doesn't do anything for me. No, running around claustrophob...

Yeah dude, I'd go for the wireless. It's about $20, and you just recharge the built in batteries via USB whenever you need to.

Re: It's a month old by now, but WTF? Huge rumored Wii-Ware game

If you buy 3 games a year at $50 for 7 years, it would cost $2100. I think your calculator needs new batteries.  Whoops, I was gonna say 6 games a year, but I changed it and didn't change the calculation. Anyway, $1050, $2100, even $3000 would have been fair prices for this game, IMO. g...

I agree with Darc, it's not really doing it for me. Oh well, there's always Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix to look forward to.

But of course, I'll still give it a try.

Re: It's a month old by now, but WTF? Huge rumored Wii-Ware game

Let me express a little statistic about WWF No Mercy. If you buy 3 games a year at $50 for 7 years, it would cost $2100. No Mercy is the oldest game that I still play regularly, nothing else comes close, besides new releases which usually get heavy play for a couple of months at the most. Therefore,...

It's a month old by now, but WTF? Huge rumored Wii-Ware game

A rumor according to EGM... WWF No FUCKING Mercy on the Wii? http://www.1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3164283 I hope it's true, but I kinda doubt it... too many trademark issues to sort out. Could be too much work to get the code, change textures, and get it approved by the WWE. And you know they'd HAVE ...

External DVD burner only for Windows?

My friend bought this CompUSA brand external DVD burner hoping to plug it into their iMac and burn. However, he said it didn't work. I'm not sure if it's user error, or if it really just won't work on OS X. Is it possible that some burners will only work on Windows?
