Sorry, I was gonna reply earlier, but my teacher handed out the test (I am in class right now...supposed to be doing my work). Anyways, it doesnt matter where they go really, because DCGenerater lets you navigate the entire disc. I just stuck them in a ROMS directory I think. Doesn't matter though....

Ok....since i cant get no help in burning a "CERTAIN" emulator...i finally downloaded Dc Generator......so...do i put the roms in a rom floder or a game folder...????...thanks people...

Okay...i put the ip.bin and the 1st read bin in there......and now i burned it and it boots up but i get a fuzzy screen and then it stays on fuzzy blue writing that i cant read......and the VMU says Nester DC version 3....so i know its almost working....help...
