To Atani

Atani, When you left the "scene" I really had no hard feelings about it. You were making a step in the right direction by releasing the source to abide by the GPL license of the code you used. This was a very good and redeeming thing in my opinion. But....coming back and saying that you we...

Reposted here as to reach a broader audience....

No Requieme, I am not a 13 year old. It just simply amazes me why people will put up with that kind of crap from anyone!! Atani is in fact the one that is acting like a 13 year old. He is basically saying "If you don't play my way...I'll take my toys and go home!". He needs to learn to liv...

Whatever

Great!! Now we have to listen to him whine again. Better watch out, someone may hurt his poor whiney momma's boy feelings again and he will throw another tantrum and quit. Putting up with all the crap involved with a person of his personality type just isn't worth it!!! Did ANY of you read the "...

Hey, has anyone gotten this yet?? If so....is it worth the $25.00 it costs to get it? I have several PC's....and no...I don't REALLY need it....but it is nice to have a browser in my bedroom where I keep my DC. Like...so I don't have to get my fat arse out of my bed to go look something up real quic...

Bah

Just turn on 2 of the switches...wait 10 seconds or so...then shut one of the two off leaving one on. Open door...bulb that is lit is obviously the switch that is on. Bulb that is warm is one that was on...but you turned it off....cold bulb is the last remaining switch. So...where's the tough part o...

This may help

I had a similar problem. I changed from the default skin to the skin pack that looks like the old skin. All my crashes went away.

Censorship??

Hahaha....yes...because as we all know, censorship is a beautiful thing. Just because someone is offended by a picture of Hitler doesn't mean we should censor it. As a matter of fact, I am extremely offended by religious propoganda of any type. I am an atheist....so...could I request kindly that ALL...

Xbox hard drive cracked

Well, not quite. While it is now possible to get your HDD password (to unlock it), it is not going to be achievable for the common warez kiddie wanna' be Windows user. It requires a logic probe and some general knowledge of the ATA specs. Seeing as how the vast majority of users here cannot even fig...

Xbox and Halo playable ONLINE!! WOoHooo!!!!

Well, seems that the Xbox scene is just starting. After my inital rantings about the Xbox not being all that the hype led it up to be...I must say that I cannot get myself away from Halo. Incredible game....very moody!! Now...the multiplayer will be playable over the internet thanks to these guys: h...

Well...........

Actually, yes...a lot of people are starting to do it. Tony Hawk also works, as I imagine will most system link games. Even if the internet at large is not doing it....it is still nice to hook up with my friends that have Xboxen rather than have to bring them and several TV's together....or play in ...

Boot Floppy

It would be very simple to make a boot floppy to free up conventional memory. Basically...make a boot disk with himem.sys called from config.sys, then you can load DOS high (DOS=UMB and on another line DOS=HIGH), that will stuff DOS out of conventional memory.

Heh

Hawq, I got it. Thought your British humor was spot on :-) By the way, in my younger days of hanging out on IRC with all the warez kiddies, I too used to use a fake girls name. Amazing how many pimple faced teens are chomping at the bit to provide a "lady" with just about anything she is l...

Doh!

Heheh, thanks Mr. Sanchez....may I call you Dirty?? I've still got a lot to learn :-) All the things I have seen that sniff packets in any way at all seemed to have required libpcap....so I guess I assumed it would be built using this library. Basically, I've changed gears recently to actually "...
