I'd rather have Castlevania 3, but I'm sure that comment's beating a dead horse by now. (Insert worn-out comment pining for DracX). I actually spent much of the weekend playing 4, and I'm on the last level now. CV4 always struck me as easier than the others, because of both the more flexible contro...

I'm not sure what to think about all this. I'm excited Billy Corgan is making music with Jimmy Chamberlin again, but calling it Smashing Pumpkins doesn't seem right to me. When Page and Plant got back together a few years back, they didn't do it as Zeppelin. They did it as Page and Plant...

Well...I'm very active when I listen to music...but then...I'm pretty active anyway, so I don't think it's the music that makes me want to do things. Sometimes, when I first buy an album, I'll crank up the stereo and just absorbe the music, but I haven't done that in a while.

Congrats! I love my Wii. I got The Godfather Blackhand Edition a couple of weeks ago, and I've been having a blast punching people in the face. I loved Twilight Princess. Normally I don't finish games if they are more than ten hours long, but I clocked in over 60 hours with TP and was really quite s...

I've been wearing contacts for 14 years, and I'll never forget the issues I had getting them in at first. It was aweful. Now...about 5 seconds per eye.

Ditto. I'm trying to mellow a bit...ya know...slow life down a bit so I can notice the details I've been missing my entire existence. And...I figured this album would be a good diversion from all the screaming I'd been listening to recently. I really like it.

If this is the same Cavalier I responded to a month or so ago, then here's what I would do. Take that $400+ dollars, and trade in yer car. I'm telling ya, the problems are just starting. It is the same car and I have considered this. At this point though it's more feasible for the short run to drop...

My family is very close to the family of this victim . His dad was my sunday school teacher when I was younger, and we have kept close contact with them through the years. The article mentions Pine Mountain...where my parents currently live. It's heartbreaking...and I still really can't believe it.....

He might as well wait for some more dx10 cards to come out I agree, unless he's using AGP. In that case, I say go ahead and get the card and squeeze the last bit of gaming life out of the machine. Then, in a year or two...get a whole new machine. But in that case...I'd say spend a little more on so...

I think Panzer Dragoon orta had the original Panzer dragoon but not the 2nd. I didn't care for the first one all that much but I enjoyed the 2nd one. That is really good though from a person who generally hates shooters though. I used to have Orta but I never did unlock the originals. Yup. AFAIK, O...

I love my Saturn. I've had one since it was released. Panzer Dragoon on PC sounds pretty interesting. If ever a game needed higher resolutions...PD would be it. It's fun, but damn...was it ugly.

Meh. And I just bought Hyper Fighting on XBLA recently. What's the difference between Hyper Fighting and Turbo? Hyper Fighting IS Turbo, but the part that makes it different is the "Super" part. You get proper combos, super combo meter, more moves, better GFX, 4 new playable fighters, Aku...

Just my opinion...but...I thought it was boring and generic. It didn't make me want to grind my teeth together in agony, but I wouldn't want to listen to it again. I don't believe Linkin Park will ever recapture their time in the limelight. They just did the same stuff for far too long without any e...

Well, getting the component cables won't help with aliasing issues within the games themselves, but if you're currently using standard RCA cables, you will notice brighter colors, and a sharper image. If you're already using s-video, I don't know that using component will produce much of difference ...

I've been thinking about getting an X1950. Been reading good things about it. I'm not planning on building a new PC for at least another year, and I think an X1950 will hold 'til then. If nothing else, it should give Company of Heroes a much needed boost on my machine.

When I worked at EBGames, back in 2001/2002, the preorder system consisted of a piece of paper attached to a clipboard. And with some games (FFX), if a person didn't pick up their preorder before 5pm...we'd sell it to someone else. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was when I preordered T...

That said, I've actually been waiting (and I know I'm in the minority here) for a decent lightgun game for Wii. The controller is ideal for it. Anyone else want to see a House of the Dead or Time Crisis collection? Aw geeze...you're not the only one. I would do very bad things for either of those!

you can also blame the stores that sell m rated games to people who arent 17. ive never even tried to buy an m rated game from a store to know if they actually stop you if you arent the suggested age though.
