I've tried that and its horrible it doesnt work with like any avi files

IUG it doesnt convert avi files, the only program I know of is TMPG which works good but its not for mac

Well stu I dont think you understand, my site is fine on my free server but ghetto geocities doesn't support any of that wierd cgi stuff so I just need someone to host my news posting thing to allow different people to post news on my main page.
