There is a SNES emu in production, and you can play the PSX version of FrNES on PS2s too.

You can't with an image, you will need to make a seperate ROMs or use plain files to have a combined disc with ROMs and the emulator

Actually, the PAL version is 100% smooth... but that probably has something to do with the fact that PAL PSX versions were a tad poor in the 1st place
