Auto-Ban issue

Hello, i have been trying to contact you over IRC but you guys ignored me, so i will do it here instead. Someone said in the Discord server he was gay. In response, i said "Hello gay, can you show me your PSO2 avatar". That's when i was issued an autoban from the bot for "racism"...

Re: OpenTitus (Sega Dreamcast)

I have finally took the time to update Opentitus for the Dreamcast. Plenty of improvements compared to the last version but the gist of it is that it finally supports loading game data files from the external sd card (one of the few homebrew games to support that, mostly done to avoid legal issues),...

Re: Falling Time (Dreamcast port)

I've updated Falling Time to fix some issues with my first porting attempt.
This should run a bit faster and this version is still compatible with the SD adapter (uses ADX streaming).
I've updated the link in my first post

Re: Retro8/Pico-8 interpreter port for Dreamcast

I've fixed a minor issue with Celeste having a game breaking bug (fixed upstream and merged here).
I also merged the other fixes but it's unlikely to have fixed any other game. (but feel free to try)

Re: The Last Mission (Dreamcast port)

Updated the game to improve performance as it was a bit lackluster you could say ;P I've also switched the game to CDDA music so unfortunately this means no sound for SD card users. Maybe i'll provide a version with ADX instead if someone asks... As it is, it works on GDEMU and CD. You can find the ...

Re: Ganbare Natsukisan Dreamcast port

Thank you so much! I wonder how you convert the audio to ADPCM 4-bits... I used the WAV2ADPCM tool inside KallistiOS. However previously, it was not working due to a 32-bits bug that occured on x86_64 hardware. I've fixed this with PR https://github.com/KallistiOS/KallistiOS/pull/65 and it got merg...

Re: Crafti (Minecraft clone) for the Dreamcast !

Updated crafti again with some better performance improvements yet again (i should have used DMA :P) and also added keyboard and mouse support for the game. Any game controller port should also work as long as you plug them before startup. I've also made an updated binary for NAOMI with those change...

Retro8/Pico-8 interpreter port for Dreamcast

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/gameblabla/gameblabla.github.io/simp/img/spaceman8_dreamcast.png I've ported Retro8, a pico-8 interpreter that is open source and portable. I initially wanted to port FAKE-08 as that's more accurate. However due to dependencies and compiling issues, this will be us...

Re: Crafti (Minecraft clone) for the Dreamcast !

I've also posted a link to a test naomi version but this will require the adapter for connecting DC controllers to the NAOMI. And for some reasons, all NAOMI emulators will ignore this kind of input so while the game will run, you can't control it... I will look into implementing JVS controls at som...

Re: Crafti (Minecraft clone) for the Dreamcast !

Too late for xmas unfortunately but i still decided to release an improved version of Crafti with some nice changes.
Music was added thanks to CDDA (as i said before, this game is quite tight on memory) and it should run a bit faster as well. Give it a try

Re: Tail-Tale (Sega Dreamcast)

Hey guys,
i recently got a GDEMU and thought i should start updating some of my older releases as a start.
Here's an updated build of TailTale built against newer libraries and double buffering.
The link was also updated and it was tested against my GDEMU.

Re: Evil Australians : New game for the Ludum Retro

Bump, again.
I realised that the dreamcast port was not working properly, including sound effects not playing.
I fixed that and added music to the game. No new levels though.
You can download the new build in the very first post.

Re: Hydra Castle Labyrinth [WIP]

Indiket looks at the source code and it was simply a matter of setting the volume properly and fixing the WAV files with Audacity. (KoS needs that damn header apparently)
Thanks to him, sound works now.

Hopefully you'll enjoy the game

Re: REQUEST: Xash3D --Port--> XashDC - Or HLDC DLL Hooking

Probably the biggest issue with Xash3D is the fact it is divided in 2 parts : the client & the server. Not really an issue on Linux but i honestly doubt KallistiOS can handle that properly... (It's probably the reason why Valve chose to use Windows CE rather than the Katana SDK for the official ...

Re: Evil Australians : New game for the Ludum Retro

I bought some CDs and i tried my game on my DC over Composite video. The game works fine as of latest fine but it is oddly enough not displayed properly. It could be my Samsung TV, as i had this issue popping up on some official DC games as well. Use SCART or VGA if you can. Discard this, it was an ...
