To those having problems finding the MultiTrack CD-Rom XA option -
Go to the preferences pane under the Toast main tab.
In the general Tab of this window click "Show Legacy Formats and Settings"
I just figured this out myself and am about to attempt my first burn. Thanks for all the help.
