sorrys its taken me so long, and i havent gotten around to it, but i literaly JUST got done with my dreamcast mod and sometime this week i'll try out that game for ya, and hopefully it'll also show the difference of the OC

sorry if its too late, lol, but when i get time tomarow i might do a little video of sega rally 2, provided i can get my hands on a copy. it runs pretty slow on the normal dc you say?

other games do work on my dreamcast, but bleemcast does seem to make it 'reset'.

what is this reset fix/power board pins?

i finnaly got my dreamcast in working order again, working tirelessly in anticipation of playing metal gear with my newly aquired bleemcast (WOO!) but to my dissmay, it wont get passed the "legal stuff" screen while overclocked. :cry: when i turn it on normal (really not normal, its at 192...

with these mods the DC pads usualy still work, yes.

i've found that they do require some clever wire routing and minimal solder, or the buton presses take a little more effort to register

great, i've got a 7.3mhz crystal i could try once i get my my dreamcast working at 240mhz. i'll be sure to post my findings! :D

by the way, any idea how much that OC'd dreamcast sold for?

this may be a little off of what you're looking for, but i'm pretty sure that successfull changes and distributions of PSO for the PC have been made, and without legal trouble due to some loophole. might be something to look into! BUMP! I'd like to bring the overclocking discussion back into action, as i've recently ventured into this area of modification. :D Right now i've got a switch on the side of my DC to go from 200mhz to 260mhz (doesnt boot, waiting for 40mhz oscillator to come in), and basicly i tripped and fliped it ...
