If I burn a game or emu that is supposed to be selfboot but I can't get it to boot will utopia be able to boot it?

I have always used nesterDC 7.1. I just got a new computer win win XP and tried NesterDC SE. It works but a lot of the roms I had don't show up when I go to browse. Any ideas?

don't use discjuggler. Use alcohol 120% you can download it and use the free trial. It has burned every .cdi I have tried. On the other hand discjuggler has mangled so many of my discs that I will never use it again.

follow the instructions. It is very simple. This version even has light gun support.

You should definately use Alcohol 120% or boot dreams. I always had problems with nero and disc juggler. Alcohol 120% was the first great disc burning program I used. Every disc I burn with it works in my dc. Free trila then only like $50 to buy.

If you are having such a problem then just burn the images, and then burn a seperate rom disc. Don't use discjuggler use Alcohol 120%.

If your dreamcast was made in 2001 it will not boot cd-rs.

Thanks guys. I never got the sbi inducer work for this emu but I extracted the files with sib inducer. Pulled the IP and 1st read and used selfboot. Burned with Alcohol 120%. Works great thanks for the help. Much better then dcgenerator or Genplus v1.0

Is there anywhere to get the plain files instead of an sbi. So I could build with selfboot.

I love alcohol 120%. I use it for burning all my CDIs. I have tried making a gen plus cdi with selfboot, and also selfboot inducer. neither work. I get the message "Invalid field in permaiter list". Can anyone tell me what to do.

Try a different version of nester dc. If you used 7.1 then try 6.0. It is a little slower on some games but has less bugs.

I am not sure which games you are trying to play but this is a dos emulator for dreamcast. You should be able to get many dos games to work. It can't hurt to try.

Does anyone know how to burn nesterdc 7.1 +b. I tried selfboot but the files are unscrambles, and I tried dreamboot and it hangs up. I finally got an image from dreamboot but it will not load. Help please. My son loves duck hunt but our Nes almost never works anymore.

I have a copy of nesterdc 7.1 that works great. I wanted to burn a copy with light gun support. Could any one tell me how.

Does nayone know if there is anything specific i need to do to get a light gun to work on dream snes? and does anyone have a list of superscope games?
