Why does it say building a voltage inducer on step 10? If I add the <cr>, is there a chance I won't have to build this voltage inducer.

No I mean my PC modem doesn't make any noise when it looks for my DC. Do you know what setting I might have to change in order to do this?

Nothing makes noise though when I listen for the dreamcast. Crap, what'd I do wrong?
