Re: Caffeine

I generally have not followed closely on the matter at all until recently. I was never a big caffeine drinker to get a kick or jolt out of it, I just like the tastes of sodas and everything. I have moved over to almost an entirely water diet, and diet soda as well (sans caffeine). I'm more aware of...

Re: Caffeine

Damn, you guys drink a lot of caffeine. It's definitely a CNS stimulant and you build up a quick tolerence. That's why a lot of you guys claim to "feel nothing" from caffeine. Mark my words, you SHOULD be feeling something unless your tolerence has been compromised by abuse. I can easy fee...

I broke through for about 5 minutes last night, and even saw lady salvia. The trick is you just have to kind of relax, chill out, and let it take over. It isn't like weed where it's happening whether you want it or not. Salvia kind of lets you decide how hard you want to go. I concur. The biggest a...

Why wouldn't they work? I assume they have the same checksum and all. Unless they're uber hacks... I remember the NES used a lot of weird mappers... I'm pretty positive NesterDC SE shouldn't have too many problems. I don't recall any weird issues, but it's been so long!

Yeah, when I smoke completely alone it's very small doses. I'm not one to get up, take my clothes off and try connecting a fork to a wall socket and then run a current down to my penis. But regarding the tinctures, sometimes they're hit and miss. The high alcohol content can suck, but if you have bu...

Salvia comedowns feel like a thujone/THC high. It's pretty nifty. Just make sure not to indulge, and really, make sure you plan your trips out better. Even though the peak only lasts for a few minutes, family members shouldn't be popping out and about while you're tripping.

Sounds like a classic salvia experience, Ace. Next time do it in a more comfortable environment and make sure you have a trip-sitter so you can go as wild as you want (with the sitter making sure you stay without reasonable limitations). :) It's definitely worth trying, eh. Even if you don't like th...

Sometimes people have a reverse tolerance. I've seen seasoned psychonauts and potheads smoke salvia and get nothing out of it until they've given it a go a few times. It's truly in a class it's own. It's a kappa-opioid receptor antagonist and very unlike mushrooms, acids, other psychedelics or disso...

Salvia is very different from other ethneogens or psychedelics. I'm not a proponent of recommending psychedelics to people I don't think are mentally equipped, but salvia is something you just need to jump into. You can never be prepared for what some people see when they're on it, so you can either...

Water and glycogen retention most likely. I wouldn't stress too much unless you can see and feel a bucketload of adipose sitting on your muscle. No one needs to be drinking soft drinks and eating candy all the time either, especially with a desk job. I've been working a desk job for nearly 3 years b...

I'm actually just playing Grandia II again!!! It's sort of linear but I don't have enough time to get involved in a really deep RPG. I love Grandia II though. I need to get Skies of Arcadia... been givin' the old Dreamcast a lot of love lately. BUMMPPPP for more RPG's!!!!!!! Maybe I'll start rocking...

Sounds like a fruitful and fulfilling endeavor, sans a little stress here and there. Hopefully things go good. You seem like you can certainly play the part.

I'd enjoy the same kind of thing but I personally don't drink. I'd probably end up being out of place, but sounds like fun.

Shame.

Honestly though... let Duceppe and the stupid seperatists think what they will. Harper's simply responding to what the Liberals have ignored for years. He's trying to not step on any toes. The French are crazy, I tell ya..
