When I first compared the lists, the disable full screen stretch option is the only item I found that I didn't see on both lists. scherzo, I'm unsure if it's been implemented yet, but wouldn't it be nice to have the ability to auto select the last rom played so one doesn't have to repeatedly scroll for it during subsequent gaming sessions?
