I'm sure it will be... they're pretty cautious about illegal stuff around here. I'd recommend trying DC++ or some p2p network to find what your looking for... not that I really know what it is.

Hey Scherzo,

I was wondering, if you don't mind, could you give us all a rough approximation of how close NesterDC SE is to being done? 70%? 80%?

I'm really looking forward to this project... probably one of the best ones seen on Dreamcast in ages. :D

I never really got into the Sonic Adventure soundtracks... the music never really appealed to me...

My favorites:

Skies of Arcadia (especially the title screen)
Jet Grind Radio
Shenmue

It's great... I like the music.

One thing that'd be nice though, is to know how many moves each piece gets before it can't move again. Just a thought for the final release.

It's more than just whether or not SNK is making money off of these games right now. The games are still copyrighted material. If SNK really wanted to, they could re-release the NeoGeo CD console with all the games for it, but if everyone already owned the games in ISO form or whatever, no one would...

Dell DJ's are a very nice alternative to the iPod. They've got a voice recorder built in, and the 15 GB model is only $200. I used to own one, till it got stolen... I should really lock my gym locker more often. :x

So thats the port AIM uses... hooray for Xylene!

I could never transfer anything through GAIM, but when I get home, I'll have to try changing my firewall settings.

About GBA emulation: Since the GBA is still a fairly new console, it packs a lot of power. As Corgmega said, trying to emulate GBA is usually a bit too much for the Dreamcast to handle. Nearly all games run at unplayable speeds. It's best to just emulate GBA on your computer, or better yet, buy anot...

Scherzo's got it... check out the police force and see how you like it. If it's not for you, you can always quit.

There are about a trillion things you can do with your life still, the trick is to find something that makes you happy. I wish you luck in your future endeavors.

Hi...

So I've been floating around the forums for a little while and posted in a couple of threads, but I have not yet formally introduced myself... please allow me to rectify this problem. Hi... I'm Tyler. I've known about Dreamcast emulation since... say, 2002, but I never really got into it until very ...

My DC is loud as all get out... espiacally when reading from a disc. I think most Dreamcasts are just naturally noisy.

I guess if you knew what you were doing, you could replace the DCs cooling fan, but that wouldn't take care of the disc read noise would it ... :?

Hi... and welcome to the forums. I'm a bit of a n00b here as well, heh. As far as I know, the Dreamcast is not capable of playing Sega Saturn games, and it won't be for a very long time. Taken from the forum rules: These consoles have not been emulated! The following consoles are not fully emulated ...

The first problem is that Dreamcast-Scene, while being a GREAT looking Web site is hard to navigate. From a usability standpoint, when I look across the top, I see the following: News - Okay, I know what that is. Announcements - To an outside observer, you wonder why this isn't part of news. It is ...
