Elite Beat Agents if she likes music and has rhythm. Otherwise, my girlfriend loves Tetris and any sort of puzzle games. Maybe one of the "Brain" games. Maybe its just my girlfriend, but she seems to like the simple games like these, something you can pick up and play for 5 minutes, but don't need t...

Haha, yeah I just beat the last level on the three star difficulty last night. Holy crap, the game rocks. I then started on the 4th difficultly level. I don't know how much dedication I'll put into it though, it could end up eating way too much time, although I don't think I'll be able to stay away ...

I don't understand how that's going to work. Is there a sight on that? Also, how will you aim at the stuff on screen? I hope you don't have to point it at the sensor bar, since the stuff you'll be shooting is on screen. But yeah, it does look really cool.

I called around everywhere last night at about 11:30, and all the lines were full. I was trying to make a point to not wait in a line, but I caved in and got to Best Buy at 6:00am today. Surprisingly enough, I asked my girlfriend if she wanted to go with me, and she also wanted to get a Wii. She's n...

My friend did. He waited in line 2 days straight in a pretty crazy storm with just a few layers of clothes and a folding chair. He's keeping it...and believe it or not, his first game was Madden......he already owns it on 2 other systems, one being the 360, I couldn't believe it.

Copying in use files in windows?

Anyone know how to copy a file that is "in use" in Windows? I don't know why the heck it doesn't just let you do it anyway, but for some reason it is a restriction. Basically, I'm trying to save some Flash files, and I've tried a program to capture them but it didn't work. So now I'm trying to copy ...

Wikipedia DVD article

Is this true? I don't ever recall this happening, and they don't cite their sources. Here's what it says in the DVD entry: The Dreamcast, the first of the then "next generation" 128-bit video games consoles, was released by Sega in Japan in 1998, and in the U.S. and Europe in 1999. It did not play D...

I don't think so. It is impressive for the hardware, but I think I prefer the old GBA THPS games more. Obviously downhill jam is a different type of game, but man...that looks really bad. The motions are nice and fluid, but with absolutely no texture and a crapload of pop-up....I'd rather have some ...

I'm the same way, but I don't buy that many games, I just like the systems. I'll probably get all the new systems and buy 3 games for all of them. The only one's I end up playing are the ones that you can pick up and play for 3 minutes, then turn it off. I can't get into games with a big investment,...

Good alternative to iTunes (for a small touchscreen)

Anyone know of a good alternative to iTunes, in terms of organization of MP3s that would work well on a small touchscreen? I'm going to put a PC in my car, but I tried iTunes and everything is just too small to select songs while driving. Something skinnable might be good, so I can just make the but...

Get the XBox version. I've read nothing about that game, but XBox typically has slightly better graphics. I would assume that since it's a cross platform game it should be essentially the same feature-wise.

I have no idea if this will stop it or not, but I recently used a program called Startup Mechanic to stop a whole bunch of processes from being executed when Windows boots. If nothing else, you can at least stop other unneccessary start ups from happening. You can find it on download.com, and I'm su...

The best game for the thing is Heaven Vs Hell from South Park. That or Maverick Hunter X. If you want an emulation platform, to hell with the PSP. The GP2X blows it out of the water. People love to say this, but why do you believe this? The GP2X is about the same price, especially if you look at yo...

Well it really depends on what your adding. A lot of body kits look like complete garbage, but most lip kits look really good. I would most likely add a lip kit, but only a body kit if it was subtle enough to follow the original style of the car. But to say that all ground effects are crap or make y...

Wow...the guy that was responsible for the Lion King CD rom is the CEO of a company that I just interviewed for about 2 weeks ago, WildTangent. Its funny that he was at least partially responsible for the development of DirectX.
