For those who never saw the movie, or don't remember - it's a hot dog with a split twinkie acting as the bun (cream filling and all), with spray cheese on top. Wow, spray cheese too? My arteries are constricting just thinking about it. Death on a bun? It's good though. Wow, that makes my thro...

Question about the 7600GS

How does this compare with a 6800GT? More to the point, I'm comparing these two system setups: -7600 GS + AMD X2 3800+ (Manchester) vs. -6800 GT + AMD 64 3200+ (Venice) The botom one is my current config, the top one is a computer I'm trying to assemble for a friend. He wanted something comparable i...

Re: Microsoft's Andre Vrignaud about Modchips

* First, the ability to pirate games. I mean, really - what can you say here? We already had a conversation about piracy earlier, and at the end of the day every game not legally purchased is simply stealing money from the creators. Some people attempt to justify piracy by pointing to the perceived...

I think the swear filter is rather infantile, and is really pointless. Just remove it, swear in moderation, and be done with it. It's not a big deal to drop the f bomb every now and again, so long as it's not every other word. Besides, everyone knows that "fudge" really means "f*ck,&q...

Dude...that Queen video was made from footage of one of my all-time favorite movies! Metropolis rocks. Sure.....but meh, I hate the video. It's one of my favorite Queen singles, but the video makes me squirm when I see it. They were never really known for having the best videos.....but they're stil...

His logic is severely flawed. Importing a game nets the publisher of said title the same amount as if it had been sold locally. The region argument is bogus, and region encoding games has been examined and found to be borderline illegal. It's a BS way for companies to price-fix in certain regions, a...

Not really that great a comparison, considering that a lot of 360 games were in stores up to two weeks before the launch.

There are special 100 HZ/ HDTV compatible guns, but none available for DC. You need a CRT (non HD), as Fiddler already said, to play with a Dreamcast light gun.

F/S: Dreamcast Modchips (Pre-Wired)! FINAL CHANCE!

$10 each. Enables region-free functionality in the Dreamcast console -- simply pop in any disc and go. This means if you have an NTSC-U Dreamcast, it will now play games from PAL and NTSC-J regions as well. All that is required is a soldering iron, solder, and a phillips head screwdriver. I have man...

I highly, highly doubt that.

Dude, that totally sucks. Now you can't cheat and play like a bastard. And we all know that was one of the best parts of Monopoly. Siphoning off cash while your friends were in the bathroom. Or better yet, stealing a few of their 50s while they were going to get something to drink. Fake Visas? Hell ...

I personally prefer 1280x1024, because games render quite nicely at that resolution. And all recently released games support it.

The problem with cartridge razors is that they just aren't good for cutting thick hair at all. They pretty much suck at it. Well, cutting it quickly that is (i.e. one or two strokes). I don't have really any facial hair to speak of, but I like shaving the hair that grows on the side/back of my neck....
